A Pilates session could be done on Private & Semi Sessions. Experience a comprehensive body workout focused on the strength, flexibility, and alignment through a series of controlled movements on the Mat and Pilates Machine(s) utilizing small equipment like a magic circle and stability ball, while emphasizing proper breathing and mindful engagement to sculpt long, lean muscles and improve posture. Suitable for all levels:   
Beginners, intermediate, or advanced practitioners, and mention modifications can be provided.
